Return & Exchange Policy

At Itop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, our Return & Exchange Policy explains your options.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Requests for return or exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Products damaged during shipping may be returned or exchanged upon providing proof (photo of damaged product).


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you with the return/exchange process.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit (based on customer preference).

  • Delivery charges (PKR 250) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • You can exchange a product for the same product or another available product of equal value.

  • If the replacement product costs more, the difference must be paid.

  • Exchanges are processed after the returned product is received.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products damaged by misuse.
