At Itop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, our Return & Exchange Policy explains your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Requests for return or exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Products damaged during shipping may be returned or exchanged upon providing proof (photo of damaged product).

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit (based on customer preference).

Delivery charges (PKR 250) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

You can exchange a product for the same product or another available product of equal value.

If the replacement product costs more, the difference must be paid.

Exchanges are processed after the returned product is received.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.

Products damaged by misuse.
