  • Delivery timelines: 2–4 working days for major cities; 4–7 working days for rural areas.

  • Itop is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

6. Product Information

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting.

  • Any allergies or sensitivities must be considered by the customer before purchase.
